The Adventure Pack

Mogul had a spring in his step and led the pack for the entire hike today.  The one exception was when a Terrier came up the trail behind us and Mogul stopped and waited for him to come up so he could greet him.  When the Terrier's guardian walked by she slowed down to pet Coco and Rucksack, and Rucksack leaned against her.  Rucksack picked up a piece of dead wood that he carried briefly yesterday.  He carried it all the way up to the top of the Anenome Trail where he promptly dropped it.  While Mogul was leading the way today, Benny drew up the rear.

The Play Pack

Coco had a lot of fun flaunting a rope toy around and playing keep away with Benny and a little black Lab pup.  Maverick went back to his new favorite spot under the tree trunk today and Benny and Coco both chased him around it when he popped back out.  Mogul was less energetic than he had been on the hike but he enjoyed a good long back scratch from me.
