The Adventure Pack

Rucksack and Wesley started the hike off leash together.  Rucksack carried a stick along and dropped it in front of various passers-by as if to offer it to them.  Meanwhile, Wesley trotted along close by me as usual.  A squirrel or chipmunk caught both of their attention and they ran to the base of a nearby tree in pursuit.  The hubbub didn't last long, and they both quickly returned to the trail and kept moving along.  Benny and Coco spent their off-leash time rustling through the brush just off the edge of the trail.  Benny followed behind Coco most of the time, when he wasn't lingering behind to get a more thorough sniff of a particular spot of interest along the way.

The Play Pack

Charlie was a bit wound up today and he and Coco enjoyed their usual rounds of chasing and wreslting.  Charlie also nudged, groaned, and flopped around in front of Wesley until Wesley decided to play with him and they had a sort of Sumo wrestling match of pressing shoulder-to-shoulder with Charlie always ending up leaning on the ground and nibbling at the fur on Wesley's chest.  Benny wasn't as enthusiastic today about catching tennis balls or chasing after Coco and Charlie.  He mostly took it easy and casually greeted other pups who came into the park.  He got a little frisky with a German Shepherd who showed up later on and he kept nibbling at her lower back to get her attention, but she was distracted by tennis balls being thrown.
