The Adventure Pack

Rucksack did a little more exploring again today instead of just following in line like yesterday.  Oliver stayed close by throughout the hike.  Benny lagged behind a bit but that's not unusual for him.  When we got back down to the grassy area of the Chautauqua, Coco ran off down another fork a ways.  She did the same thing around the same area yesterday.  Once she came back she had to go on leash a little early so she wouldn't go off again.  I wonder what's drawing her away when we get there.

The Play Pack

Charlie had a great time with a puppy named Baxter at the park today.  He met Baxter last week and was a little too pushy at the time.  Baxter is a bit shy and last week Charlie kept mouthing his neck and pinning him so I had to distract him and move to the other end of the park.  Today, Charlie let Baxter enjoy himself more; Charlie did a lot of bowing down and letting Baxter jump around on top of him.  They were very cute together.  Coco got jealous watching Charlie play with another dog and came over and barked in his ear a few times but I kept her busy fetching tennis balls.  Benny discovered a disc at the park and taunted Coco with it for a bit until she was able to steal it from him.
