The Adventure Pack

I've been ery proud of Coco this past week for being totally friendly with the people we pass on the trails - we didn't have a single barking incident the entire week!  Rucksack found a hefty log to carry down from the top of the Amphitheatre trail and he brought it all the way back to the trailhead.  Wesley followed his typical routine of walking in line right behind me, though he did stop to sniff at a couple spots and ended up falling pretty far behind.  When I turned around and saw he wasn't there I was surprised and then I looked further back and saw him sniffing at the grass intently.  He hurried up and came as soon as I called him.  In the car after the hike, Benny lied down for a nap with his head against Wesley's shoulder and Wesley obliged.

The Play Pack

Early on in our visit, Charlie got into a chasing/wrestling match with both Coco and Brady.  It was mostly Charlie and Coco who were playing together while Brady was just trying to get noticed and make an impact.  Benny came over and nibbled on Brady and they had a little fun while Coco and Charlie continued to wreslte around.  Later on, Coco and Brady raced for tennis balls while Benny and Charlie lied in the shade.  Toward the end of our visit, Charlie's new yellow Lab friend showed up and the two of them lied down and rolled around together for a long while.
