The Adventure Pack

We passed a couple Chihuahuas on the trails today.  When Coco sniffed one of them he spun around and barked in her face.  It gave her a spook and she hopped back warily.  A moment later, she tried to steal Rucksack's stick away from him.  I think she was trying to save face and show that she was tough even though the Chihuahua scared her.  I told her to leave Rucksack's stick alone and she listened and settled down.  Later on, Wesley had a spurt of playful energy and he flopped onto his back and started kicking and wiggling around while Rucksack hopped all around him.  Benny was pretty mellow throughout the hike.

The Play Pack

Brady had a lot of fun at the park today.  In addition to the fetch that we usually play, he also enjoyed chasing after Charlie.  Charlie had fun with Brady, Coco, and the yellow Lab puppy that we've been seeing a lot of this week.  Charlie and the Lab continued to play for the entire visit and before we left they were lying in the grass side-by-side, gnawing on one another affectionately.  Coco fetched a frisbee during today's visit in addition to the usual tennis balls.  Benny chewed on one of the tennis balls while Coco held it in her mouth for a while.  I threw a few balls right to Benny so he could have more practice with mouth-eye coordination.
