The Adventure Pack

Coco spent the first leg of the hike sniffing the trail up ahead while Wesley followed behind me, Benny, and Rucksack.  I stopped and waved Wesley ahead of us and he immediately caught up to Coco and started following her around while she explored.  Later on, Rucksack and Benny were very playful with one another and did a lot of romping in a field next to the trail.  It started with Benny chasing Rucksack for a stick he found and before long Rucksack was lying in the grass, swinging his head around while Benny danced about him.

The Play Pack

Today the Pack visited the Foothills Community Dog Park in North Boulder.  On the drive there, Pico got especially excited, so I'm guessing she visits there and knew where we were going.  Pico found a miniature tennis ball at the park that immediately became her favorite and she carried it around with her for most of our visit.  She also ran for a long while with a dog named Bailey.  Charlie and Coco were up to their usual antics with one another and Benny joined in where he could.  Both Charlie and Coco spent a lot of time wiggling around on their backs and kicking in the air while the other one (along with Benny and Bailey) would jump around them.  Bailey lied down and wiggled around next to Charlie for a little bit, too.
