The Adventure Pack

Mogul was lying down in the back of the packmobile when we picked up Coco and I was Impressed by how polite Coco was in greeting him.  She usually has some trouble containing herself when she first hops in and says hello to her packmates, but today she lied down in front of Mogul and just sniffed gently around his mouth.  I'm sure Mogul appreciated the restraint because he often grumbles when his packmates are too nosey and pushy when they say hello.  Toskey and Coco pulled a bit throughout the hike today until about the last 20 minutes.  Benny and Mogul, on the other hand, hung back sniffing around along the path.  When I dropped Toskey off, I stepped back in the house for a moment to make sure I took off her collar and saw her standing up at the window to watch me go.  She's such a sweetie.

The Play Pack

Brady met a Pug/Boston Terrier mix named Betty who he had some fun with.  She was very playful and got Brady following her around for a bit.  Later on, I was throwing tennis balls for Coco, Brady, and Benny.  Benny is still a bit behind his packmates in his reaction time and precision in catching the ball, but I gave him a few throws when Coco and Brady were distracted so he could have more practice.  Brady grabbed up a ball Benny had been chewing on for a little while and then trotted around while Benny danced around him and tried to get it back.  Mogul ran with me and his packmates for a short bit.  He also found a big black Lab mix who got him dancing around.
