The Adventure Pack

Everyone followed along on leash today very well.  Benny stayed a few steps behind me and sometimes lagged a bit more, but he didn't try to pull off the side of the trail as he sometimes does.  We stopped a few times along the way to let other hikers pass us on the trails, and Coco, Wesley, Benny, and Rucksack were all very good about keeping their attention on me and moving to the side of the trail to make room.

The Play Pack

Charlie joined the pack for the afternoon and he and Coco got a lot of energy out with each other - mostly running around, spotted with short wrestling bouts.  Meanwhile, I threw tennis balls for Coco and Benny.  Benny is interested in them as long as no one else is.  He still has a lot of work to do on his coordination - each time I threw it to him, he didn't get it into his mouth until it had stopped dead on the ground (even then he accidentally bumped it sometimes and then went diving after it).  Brady doesn't catch the ball mid-air either, but you can't blame him considering the ball just barely fits in his mouth; however, he has a strategy for pinning the ball down quickly so he can get it.  Later on, Charlie wrestled around with a pup named Roadie.  Coco got jealous and barked at them, so I got her attention and she joined in with playing fetch.
