The Adventure Pack

We met a few other dogs along the trails today and Wesley was back to his friendly self.  Coco got a bit worked up again when little Oliver barked at a puggle he had just sniffed.  Benny did a much better job of keeping his attention on me when he was on leash, rather than keeping his nose to the ground and following it wherever it took him.  The mud that was on the trails yesterday was all dried up today, so Wesley and Oliver (who both have long fur that hangs close to the ground) stayed relatively clean.

The Play Pack

Today was Fletcher's last day with the pack since he's moving away.  All of the pack members chased each other around a bit at the beginning of our visit to the park.  Afterward, Fletcher, Coco, and Brady all raced each other for tennis balls.  Fletcher won the majority of the time, as usual, but Coco and Brady both snuck up for a few good grabs here and there.  Meanwhile, Benny had a lot of fun with a Corgi mix named Milo who we sometimes see.  Fletcher enjoyed his last day of playing with his Boulder packmates, especially Coco.  They've done a lot of running together during the Play Pack, and today was no exception.  I'm not sure how much Coco will miss Fletcher's high-pitched barks in her ear, but I'm sure she'll miss her playmate.
