The Adventure Pack

Benny kept his nose glued to the ground for most of the hike today.  Oliver wandered ahead and behind the pack a bit, but never very far.  Coco and Wesley got a bit riled up by a passing Golden Retriever when they were both on leash.  They growled and pulled on their leashes, with stand-offish postures towards the Golden.  They're usually friendly and happy to greet other dogs, but they've both done that a couple times before.  I walk to the side of the trail and try to get the dogs' attention on me when they're on leash and an off leash dog is coming up the trail, but they were intent on the Golden today as soon as they saw him.

The Play Pack

Coco, Fletcher, Benny, and Daisy all did a lot of running at the park today.  Every one of them likes to play with all their packmates, so the days that they're together are full of excitement!  Benny bows and bats at Daisy while she dances around in front of him; Coco and Fletcher run side-by-side, each trying to outpace the other; Daisy comes running from across the field to leap at Coco and chase after Fletcher; Benny follows Fletcher around, licking at his face; Coco grabs a ball or a stick and gets everyone (especially Benny) chasing after her in a game of keep-away.  Not to mention the other dogs at the park who join in...!
