The Adventure Pack

Coco, Benny, Wesley, and Rucksack all enjoyed scooping up some snow when we passed by occassional patches beside the trails.  Rucksack was very interested in exploring today.  He tended to wander a bit far and I called him back frequently.  Benny watched Rucksack from the side of the trail.  Wesley stuck close as he trotted along right behind me for most of the hike today.  It was his first day back after being away for the past week.  Coco did a little exploring but she stuck by me mostly, too.

The Play Pack

Coco, Daisy, and Fletcher were all pretty ball obsessed again at the park today.  Fletcher is almost always the first to the ball, except when I make a particular effort to place the ball where his packmates have a better chance.  Benny doesn't seem to like the competition, but when his packmates were all busy playing with other dogs I got his attention and threw a ball just for him, and he was very excited to chase it down.  A minute later, Coco came back over to us and I threw the ball short and near Benny, but he just stepped back and let Coco get it.  Daisy had fun running and playing with another dog named Daisy.  They made a good pair!
