The Adventure Pack

Rucksack found a big, short chunk of wood to carry for a while today.  Benny came over and gnawed on the end a bit and Coco made a few attempts to steal it away before finally succeeding, after which she carried it off and then left it behind.  Coco spent most of the time a few yards off one side of the trail or the other, exploring, and Benny kept running back and forth between Coco and me.

The Play Pack

I brought Coco, Daisy, and Benny into the park first and then got Fletcher because Fletcher has had a problem with pulling to the gate and I wanted to work with him on it one-on-one.  He was a lot calmer without his packmates around him.  Although he still pulled some, he stopped and circled back around me whenever I stopped in place.  Once in the park, everyone had a lot of fun today.  The pack stuck together pretty closely and fetched a lot of tennis balls.  Benny just followed his packmates around while they did all the work.  Daisy, Coco, and Fletcher all had their fair share of retrievals.  Later on, Coco found a blue disc that caught her attention, which in turn piqued Benny's interest and he spent a while figuring out how to get under it so he could lift it off the ground.  Daisy met a couple Basset Hounds that she hung around with for a little while, but they didn't do any running.
