The Adventure Pack

Rucksack hauled a big stick with several branches along for the first half of the hike while Wesley trotted along, sniffing the trail.  We passed quite a few friendly dogs today, and all of the packmembers made new acquaintances.  Benny and Coco enjoyed exploring alongside the trail as well, along with some chasing back and forth.  Sometimes Benny would tease Coco into running after him, and then when he heard her behind him he got spooked and froze, and Coco ran past.

The Play Pack

All of the packmembers were interested in playing fetch today.  As usual, Fletcher and Coco came away with the ball most of the time.  Brady snagged a few and Benny only got the ball when i threw it right by him.  Benny is curious but not as driven as his packmates, so he usually ends up trotting along behind them as they race for the ball.  Brady had a lot of fun with a little Dachshund named Grady.  There were a lot of dogs at the park and for a little while they were all gathered together in a see of fur and wagging tails, and everyone was calm and friendly.
