The Adventure Pack

Wesley is getting more and more playful with his packmates now that he's been getting off leash regularly on the hikes.  He and Rucksack chased each other at the beginning of today's hike.  At one point, Rucksack was standing right in front of Wesley on the trail and the two of them had a stand off for several moments before Rucksack broke and went running, with Wesley in hot pursuit.  Later on, Coco and Wesley ran around together side-by-side.  When Wesley took his turn on leash, Coco and Rucksack were back to their normal routine of stick stealing.  Rucksack found a thin, dead branch to carry for a little bit until Coco took notice and tried to grab it away.  The branch was old and brittle so it snapped right in half when Coco tried to tug it out of Rucksack's mouth.  Then Rucksack dropped his half and went after Coco, who apparently came away with the preferred portion of the stick.

The Play Pack

Coco played with her friend Bella, a Coonhound/Pointer mix, at the park today.  Fletcher got jealous that Coco was having so much fun with another dog and kept trying to break them up, so I got his attention and played fetch with him for a bit.  Then a Boston Terrier showed up who caught Fletcher's interest and Fletcher sniffed him out for a long while before the Boston Terrier took to running and Fletcher chased him around a bit.
