Adventure Pack

Rucksack and Coco were feeling playful at the outset of today's hike and made some playful bows and dodges around each other.  Later on in the hike, Rucksack narrowly missed having his head peed on by Sputnik.  Sputnik had found an interesting spot to sniff and was really rubbing his nose in the ground to take it in.  He proceeded to scratch the dirt up a bit to get an even better whif, and Rucksack came over to check it out just as Sputnik was satisfied and lifted his leg to mark his find.  I planted my leg out in front of Rucksack just in time to keep him away from Sputnik's stream.

Thompson got pretty riled up by a chattering squirrel during our walk this afternoon.  Coco and Stella didn't take note of the noisy rodent.  Stella probably didn't hear the taunts since her hearing is definitely impaired in her old age, but I was surprised that Coco didn't react.
