Adventure Pack

Rucksack is back in the pack!  He joined Coco, Sputnik, Mamacita, and Ruffers for a hike at the CU South trails this morning.  Coco was very happy to see her old friend again and the two of them spent a long while sniffing each other to get reacquainted while they were in the packmobile together on our way to the trail.  On the trail, Ruffers, Coco, and Rucksack all chased each other around while Mamacita and Sputnik trotted along with me.  Sputnik was dying to join in the play and the trail was empty of others for a long stretch so I let him off the leash and they all had a blast racing around together.  After a little while, Sputnik rejoined Mamacita on the leash with me.  Ruffers trotted along at Sputnik's side for a while, then switched with Rucksack, who stuck with us for a stretch.  Even though Mamacita didn't run around, she enjoyed making stops to sniff around spots that her packmates had discovered along the way.  It was a fun and vibrant morning, and the whole pack was feeling good!

Play Pack

Coco played some fetch at the Foothills Dog Park this afternoon, but she spent more of her time sniffing around and playing with other dogs.  Ruffers found lots of playmates as well, including a pair of Boxers and a pair of Huskies.  Thompson joined the Huskies for a while as they made their way around the perimeter of the park with their human.  Meanwhile, Stella was on her own mission to investigate the full perimeter of the park.
