Adventure Pack
Coco, Sputnik, and Mamacita all spent a good, long time sniffing around in the brush around the trailhead at the outset of our hike this morning. Every few steps, a new smell caught their interests and we hung out until their noses were content. Then we took a few more steps and the noses were back to work again. After that initial interest, the rest of the hike went along without many pauses.
Play Pack
Thompson, Stella, and Coco enjoyed a light hike at the CU South trail this afternoon. Thompson and Coco got their paws muddy in the ditch alongside the trail. Coco happily greeted other dogs who passed by along our way. Some of them came over to me and Stella, and Stella enjoyed sniffing them out before they continued on. Thompson was more distracted by the smells of nature and not as interested in greeting the passing dogs.
