Adventure Pack

Isaac joined Mamacita, Sputnik, and Coco for the hike this morning.  The weather was very comfortable and everyone was very good as we made our way along the Mesa Trail.  Sputnik and Mamacita kept heading into the brush at the side of the trail to sniff around, while Coco and Isaac trotted along on trail at my other side.

Play Pack

Stella made frequent stops along the Boulder Creek Path to leave scent marks, which sometimes prompted Sanaya to follow suit.  Sanaya found a couple sticks at differnt points along the walk and carried them each with her for a little while.  Sputnik tried gnawing at the end of Sanaya's second stick, but there wasn't much for him to hold onto and Sanaya did a good job of playing keep-away.  Sputnik then had the clever idea of coming up along Sanaya's other side as we walked, where the longer end of the stick was hanging out.  This resulted in a bit of tug-of-war, which Coco then joined in with.  I took a minute to settle them all down so we could continue on our walk and not get all tangled up.  Stella and Buddy weren't interested in Sanaya's sticks, but Buddy was very interested in every dog we passed.  He whimpered and whined, pleading to go say hi to each and every one.
