Coco joined Sputnik, Milo, and Benny for the hike this morning and everyone's noses were working overtime.  We creeped our way along the trail, with everyone pausing every few steps to throoughly investigate each new scent.

We went straight to the pond at CU South Campus today but Stella and Coco only wanted to tread through the shallows as neither took the opportunity to go for a swim.  Stella did lie down, however, in order to get her belly wet before continuing on.  Once we passed the pond, we kept a steady, moderate pace around the loop.  It started getting pretty hot, but then some cloud cover rolled in for the last stretch, which made it much more tolerable.
