The rain-dampened dirt always seems to be especially interesting to the pack's olfactory sensibilities.  Sputnik, Mamacita, Benny, and Milo all spent much of the hike with their noses to the ground today.

Fritz was also much more interested in sniffing around today, and lingered behind a lot as we walked the CU South trail.  Coco, Sanaya, Stella, and Chelsea trotted along by me with less compulsion to distraction than their packmate.
