Leader of the Pack

During today's hike, we came across a stray feather in the middle of the trail.  It piqued Coco's curiosity and she walked up and gave it a sniff.  By the way she started dancing around it, it seemed she thought the feather was an actual live bird that she wanted to play with!  It reminded me that although Coco has grown so much since I started walking her, she's still young and has a lot to learn about the world.

Osiris and Coco played a lot together at the park.  Coco loved chewing at Osirsis' face as he batted at her with his huge paws.  Rucksack and I played fetch for a little while.  Toward the end of our visit, a young Australian Shepherd mix gave the whole pack - as well as several other dogs - a good run after getting them all to chase him.
