Adventure Pack

Mamacita joined Benny and Milo on the trail this morning.  It was surprisingly still snow-covered along the uphill/downhill stretches near the trailhead.  Once we were up on the mesa, the trail was mostly dry; however we did come across a few shady patches that still had relatively undisturbed snow - a situation that Milo felt happily obliged to correct.

Play Pack

We headed back to CU South today as planned and it was much drier than last week.  We encountered many friendly dogs along the walk who came right up in the middle of Thompson, Stella, Sanaya, and Mamacita to say hello.  I kept the pack on leash since Thompson was pulling ahead and seemed like he was in a mood to wander off and last time at CU South Stella was very distracted and didn't keep up with the rest of the pack.  Mamacita is always a flight risk off the leash.  Sanaya probably would have been fine, but I kept her on leash as well to keep everyone together as a group and she seemed happy to walk along that way.
