Thompson and Milo took the far flanks at either side of me as we walked along Bear Creek this afternoon, and each took advantage of their position to scoop up a few mouths full of snow along the way.  I was glad to see that Sputnik didn't growl at any of the dogs we passed today, even when a couple of them barked at us.  Isaac followed dutifully behind me for the duration of the walk, with Ruffers just ahead of him.  Mamacita was mellow for most of the time, but got a playful bounce in her step toward the end and started doing the rear-back-and-hop-forward move she likes to do to try to tell me it's time to go for a run.  Unfortunately, she had to keep herself contained as we were walking on leash.
