Adventure Pack

Isaac was pretty wound up when we hit the trails this morning. He kept racing by Milo and Dexter and nipping at them like he was trying to herd them. It got to be a bit much and so he spent the latter part of the outing on leash. Meanwhile, Milo was making friends with all the dogs we passed. When Isaac was racing around, Dexter was a bit worked up and pulled at the leash, but later on he settled into a nice pace at my side.

Play Pack

Mamacita had a fun time chasing Sanaya around at the park today.  When she didn't have Mama at her heels, Sanaya enjoyed some fetch with a frozen tennis ball she found.  Thompson made friends with a younger dog who spends a lot of his time in rural open space like Thompson used to on the farm.  They hopped around with each other for a long while and had a good time.  Stella indulged in her usual habit of wiggling around on her back in the snow.  She also enjoyed the attentions of a young pup who she got to bark at while he danced around her.  Fritz started off just sniffing around the park and sticking close to Thompson, but near the end of our visit he decided it was time to let loose.  He bolted halfway across the park and then led a young pup and another small dog in a big run that he kept going for a while.
