Adventure Pack

We met a very playful pup along the trail today.  He greeted Rucksack, Milo, and Roger Roger enthusiastically.  He and Roger Roger immediately hit it off and had fun chasing each other up and down the trail, with occasional diversions to see if Milo or Rucksack were interested in joining the fun.  Milo gave a little effort but couldn't keep up with the young ones.  Rucksack was taking his turn on leash and although he was excited whenever our new friend ran by, he didn't put up a fuss.  At one point along the trail, we came upon a sculpture of snowmen and I snapped a photo of the pack posing with them.

Play Pack

Everybody unanimously agreed to start off our walk with a pee stop.  Once that was out of the way and we were walking along the Creek, many passersby stopped to admire the pack and comment on how beautiful everyone was.  We stopped for a photo opp. in the park out front of the library.  Mamacita was ansy and kept getting up to hop around.  Sputnik indulged her in some play while Thompson took the moment as an opportunity to roll around in the snow.  That prompted Sanaya to start play-bowing and hopping around Thompson, with some, "Woowooo!"'s to announce her playful intentions.  Stella stayed surprisingly calm during all of this and didn't join Thompson in rolling in the snow.  I guess she was content with the disorder she caused when she slipped her collar and wandered along the side of the Creek for a few minutes earlier in the walk.
