Adventure Pack

Rucksack and Roger Roger were very civil about sharing stick-carrying duties today.  Rucksack started off with it and they passed the same stick back and forth a couple times during the hike without any tug-of-wars.  Oliver abstained since the stick they were hauling weighed more than him.

Play Pack

Sputnik tackled a small, older dog who came into the park on a leash, and he promptly went back on the leash for a while himself.  After having him sit for a minute, I brought him over to apologize and to have him lie down in front of the dog he greeted so rudely.  Meanwhile, Ruffers was having a blast with that human's other dog, a Pointer mix named Lily.  After Sputnik showed he could be nice, I eventually let him off the leash again and then he had fun playing with his friend Huckleberry and Huck's relatively new sister Piper.  Sputnik got out a lot of energy running and dodging around with them.  Ruffers, Lily, Sputnik, Huckleberry, Piper, and a few others all joined in together for chases every so often.  Meanwhile, Milo enjoyed getting pet and chasing down the tennis ball in playful bounds.
