Adventure Pack

The whole pack swarmed a couple friendly hikers who stopped and asked to say hello.  I was impressed by how long Roger Roger contained his urge to jump, but he eventually hopped up in his packmate Benny's face to make sure he wasn't left out of getting attention, and then he started chewing on Benny's ears as he loves to do.  Rather than climb over their packmate, Milo and Rucksack each decided to sidle up between Benny and the hikers and then lean in for some love.  Everyone was given plenty.

Play Pack

Everybody unanimously voted to have a pee party right at the outset of our walk today.  Sputnik, Mamacita, Stella, Sanaya, Thompson, and Isaac each took turns peeing in the same patch and then a few of them went back for round two in turn.  After we got that out of the way, the pack all walked along very nicely together.  Everyone seemed to be very much on the same page.  We passed a couple dogs who became a bit growly as we walked by and the whole pack walked on without paying them much mind.  A boy on a scooter lingered with us to tell me about the dogs his family has had and to tell me how crazy it was that I had so many dogs with me.  Mamacita was a little spooked when he first came up from behind us, but she settled down quickly and then was perfectly comfortable with the tag-along, as was the rest of the pack.  It was a beautiful day out and everyone seemed to be feeling good.
