Adventure Pack

Milo had a bounce in his step and kept up with the pack better today.  A hiker stopped to say hello to the dogs, and she guessed that Milo was only 7 years old.  Benny gave her a kiss on the face when she leaned down to say hello.  Roger Roger hopped up and put his paws on Benny's back to get more attention.  I corrected him and told him to get off, but was happy to see that his reaction to attention from passers-by didn't involve barking and leaping around like it used to.  I offered Rucksack a pine cone to carry when we reached the high point of our hike, and he only carried it for a little while before losing interest.

Thompson, Sputnik, and Stella were all pulling in different directions at the beginning of our walk but eventually settled into a rhythm.  As we approached the car at the end of our walk, Stella realized we were almost done and took the opportunity to indulge in her obligatory wiggle in the grass.  Meanwhile, Thompson sniffed around until he found something good to pee on and then Sputnik followed suit.
