Adventure Pack

Rucksack and Roger Roger were back to join Milo on our morning hike.  They all enjoyed our pit stops at the stream on the ways up and back.  Milo seems to be acclimating to the steeper hike up the Anemone trail, and didn't lag behind as much today despite a farily quick pace.  Roger Roger and Rucksack had energy to spare.

Play Pack

Stella and Thompson both took the opportunity to wander off a bit when I let them off leash at CU South today.  Eventually, I caught up with Thompson and put the leash back on him because he wasn't paying much attention to me.  Stella fared a bit better; though she frequently got distracted and lingered behind to sniff off the side of the trail, she didn't wander off too far and at least sort of tried to catch up with the pack when I called her.  Meanwhile, Sputnik and Mamacita walked along at my side on their leashes quite well, although Mama leaped up and growled when a jogger came up from behind us.  I have to admit that I didn't hear him coming and it made me jump a bit when he passed by, too - just in time to catch Mamacita and address her.
