Adventure Pack

The creek that runs across the path up to the Anemone trai was all dried up today.  I'm surprised, considering all the rain we have.  I wonder whether it eroded a new path somewhere upstream.  In any case, Mio looked on, dissapointed, when we walked down from the bridge and realized there was no water.  Thankfully, it wasn't that hot of a day.  Ruffers and Roger Roger hopped around with each other a bit.  Rucksack was far less amorous toward Ruffers today than he had been yesterday.

Play Pack

Sputnik, Isaac, and Ruffers walked nicely along Boulder Creek this afternoon.  We encountered a few dogs and everyone was friendly.  Ruffers was very excited when we passed through Eben G. Fine park where kids were playing at fantasy role-playing camp.  I wonder whether she recognized any of the kids there as friends of her human brother.  Isaac walked along very calmly the entire time.  Sputnik pulled off to the side of the path suddenly and stubbornly every now and then to pursue various scents, but otherwise behaved himself very well.
