Adventure Pack

Rucksack was interested in the pinecones on our way back down the mountain today.  He picked one up and then dropped it to watch it roll rown the trail.  Then, after doing that for a minute, he left that pinecone in front of Roger Roger and went and picked out another pinecone for himself.  Roger Roger grabbed up the pinecone his brother left for him but only carried it for about 30 seconds before losing interest.  Milo stood and looked on as this played out and enjoyed a pat on the head from some passing hikers who laughed at Rucksack's pinecone antics.

Play Pack

The pack came across a couple different puppies at the park who were full of energy and excitement.  Both times, Isaac took breaks from his continuous fetching to chase the pups around.  Sputnik quickly joined in for the chases and then Ruffers did as well.  When they were running with one of the pups, they were joined by a huge, 15-month-old Irish Wolfhound.  Thompson preferred to lay in the shade rather than join in the chases, though his lounging was disturbed when the Wolfhound came over and dropped a tennis ball on him, causing him to stand up in indignation and then find a new spot to lay.  We got Thompson moving a bit by taking him on a couple laps around the park.
