Adventure Pack
Milo was a little more willing to leave the creek and catch up with the pack today. I think after hiking there last week, he knows that the creek is never that far, so he was happy to come and go from the water as we hiked. Benny splashed through the creek when we passed it and lingered for a moment, but mostly stuck close to me. Rucksack found a stick that was to his liking at the turning point in our hike and carried it about halfway back. It was small and inconspicuous so Roger Roger didn't try to steal it from him.
Play Pack
The pack took a little wrangling to get everyone on the same page and walking in the same direction today, but once we got going things were pretty smooth. A lot of bicyclists and skateboarders passed by without any of the pack minding - even Mamacita. Sadie didn't bark at any passing dogs, though she did grumble a little bit a couple of times. Sputnik growled at one passing dog about 5 minutes into the hike when I was still getting everyone organized, but he didn't react negatively to any of the other dogs we saw later in the walk. Thompson wasn't too thrilled about the heat. He, Sputnik, and Sadie enjoyed taking water breaks while Mamacita and Stella weren't interested.
