Adventure Pack

Oliver got lots of kudos from other hikers for taking on the trails with the big dogs.  At the end of our hike, we came across one of Benny and Oliver's neighbors and Benny was very happy to say hello.  Not to be left out, Roger Roger jumped on Benny as he tried to nose his way in on the greetings.  Rucksack was more civil, and also surprisingly more interested in sniffing the dog than gaining the affection of the human.

Play Pack

Isaac was quick to find a ball but it was broken and didn't bounce or roll very far, so I found a replacement as we walked the park along with Sadie, Milo, and Thompson.  Thompson lingered at the center pad for a while before venturing out to join us.  Milo hopped around a bit with one dog who caught his attention as soon as he came over.  Their play didn't last very long and wasn't very involved, but it was fun to see Milo's excited dance with his new friend.  Sadie met a dog who looked like a tan version of her friend Scruffy, by the name Scrappy, and the two of them had a blast wrestling and running around together.  Thunderclouds rolled in about halfway through our park visit, accompanied by a lot of lightning, so we headed back to the packmobile a bit early.  By the time we made it to the first dog's house, the storm had already passed by, so I ended up taking everyone for a neighborhood walk to make up for the skipped park time.
