Adventure Pack

Benny and Oliver greeted a group of three little girls on our way up the Chautauqua trail.  They were very happy to say hello to cute little Oliver and then when Benny mosied over they laughed at how he wandered right into the middle of the group, sniffing gently at their ears.  It was too late when I noticed the sandwich one girl was holding.  Thankfully, the girls and their moms (or babysitters) laughed off Benny's attempt at snagging a free meal.  Rucksack was very interested in Oliver today and kept leaning down to lick his back, the way he has sometimes done with Milo's ears and occasionally Mamacita's.  Roger Roger trotted along nicely and didn't stir up any trouble with his packmates today.

Play Pack

Isaac found a tennis ball before we even got into the park today, and of course spent our whole visit playing fetch.  I found another ball for Sputnik and he also had fun chasing it down.  A pit bull named Pickles came over to me when she saw me throwing tennis balls and I found one to throw for her as well, and Mamacita had fun chasing Pickles while Pickles fetched the ball.  Milo enjoyed wiggling around on his back at several points during our park visit.  While I was petting him, I found one spot on his side that really got his leg kicking.  I later saw him scratching the same area himself.  Thompson followed his usual m.o. of lingering at the center of the park for a while, rejoining and following the pack as we walked around for a bit, and then heading back to the center to lounge and greet people who were happy to give him some love and attention.
