Adventure Pack
Rucksack found a short stick to carry right at the beginning of our hike today. Roger Roger was interested in it but it was too short for him to get a grip on it so he left it to his big brother. Benny had a tougher time keeping up again today and was very thankful for our water breaks. Oliver, who has often foregone water from the CamelBak, was also happy to partake. He had much less difficulty keeping pace with the pack despite his short little legs.
Play Pack
Sadie found a black French Bulldog with whom she hit it off at the park today. While the two of them chased each other around, Sputnik, Isaac, and a couple other big dogs leaped in every now and then. They're larger sizes and high energy levels caused the two little ones to stop running, and they would wait until the big ones went away before they resumed. It wasn't too hard to distract Sputnik and Isaac with tennis balls so as to allow Sadie and her friend some uninterrupted play. Meanwhile, Mamacita and Milo roamed the park in a less eregetic mood. Mamacita had some fun wiggling around in the grass while Milo sniffed around the perimeter of the park. Thompson spent much of his time hiding from the sun under a picnic table, as well as under the shelter alongside another Husky we've been seeing at the park lately, named Diego.
