Adventure Pack
Roger Roger did a great job off the leash today, but that was probably because I didn't let him off with any of his packmates. It was a good way for him to get some practice having the freedom without being tempted to go nuts barking and chewing at his packmates. Rucksack found a small stick to carry and Roger Roger walked alongside him for a while so he could gnaw on the end of it. Benny and Oliver trotted pleasantly along the trail, sniffing around here and there.
Play Pack
Ruffers, Thompson, and Milo all had a good time walking through the stream beside the trail at CU South today. Ruffers was feeling playful and danced around Milo a bit. Her coaxing worked and Milo hopped out of the water and went on a little jog with her. Later on, Sputnik took a turn off the leash and found a stick to flaunt in front of his packmates. He kept dropping into play-bows to get his packmates' attentions. I let Sadie go after him and she chased him in big circles around the rest of the pack for a while before Sputnik dropped the stick and turned to chase her back. Isaac found a big stick and ran around with it as well, though he was more interested in the personal achivement than in trying to get the attentions of his packmates.
