Adventure Pack

Roger Roger picked out his own stick at the beginning of today's hike.  Rucksack jealously eyed his brother's prize for a while and tried to steal it away a few times, but I told him to leave it and he listened well.  Sputnik also wanted a piece of Roger Roger's stick and he was a bit more persistnet in his attempts at thievery, but Roger Roger hung on until I was able to get Sputnik's attention, too.  Oliver and Benny had no interest in sticks, but Benny was in a playful mood and got Roger Roger to chase after him later in the hike when he didn't have the stick keeping him busy.  Oliver took his time to explore during the first half of the hike and then led the way on the return leg.

Play Pack

The dogs were full of energy at the park today.  Sadie played with her friend Scruffy a lot.  Ruffers and Sadie also had fun wrestling with each other.  When Scruffy and Sadie chased each other, Ruffers joined in for a lot of their runs.  Some other dogs joined in as well and then broke off with Ruffers to have their own play.  Isaac even joined in the chases in between rounds of fetch.  Milo chased down a ball of his own and paraded around with it.  A Husky came by and everyone was interested in him, and Milo ran alongside him for a few short spurts.  Thompson was up and about and he greeted some dogs with playful hops.  Mamacita made a friend and spent a while leaping and dodging around with him.  Everybody had a lot of fun today!
