Adventure Pack

Milo took a swim in the pond today while Rucksack and Roger Roger splashed along in the shallows.  Roger Roger couldn't resist the urge to harass his brother so he ended up back on the leash before very long.  Thompson was very eager to get moving and pulled a lot of the time today.  Mamacita behaved herself well and didn't get upset about any of the joggers who passed us.

Play Pack

I walked the park with Isaac on the leash for a bit at the beginning of today's visit.  He usually bolts into the park, circles back to bark at his packmates, and then heads straight for the nearest tennis ball; I wanted to give him a less intense alternative, so we just walked around calmly for a bit before picking out a tennis ball to commence fetching.  Sputnik picked out another tennis ball that had a chunk missing.  He was more interested in playing catch than fetch, and sometimes didn't run for it if I threw it too far; although he was pretty excited when he could catch it mid-air before it bounced.  Ruffers wandered the park and made playful greetings with various dogs but didn't entice any of them into wrestling or chasing.  Later in our visit, she pawed at Sputnik to get his attention and the two of them hopped around a bit.  Benny kept company with people who sat at the picnic tables at the center of the park.
