Adventure Pack

The snow this morning was slightly melted and perfect for quickly forming snowballs so the pack had some fun playing catch.  Rucksack was easily the most dedicated snowball enthusiast of the group.  Roger Roger also got pretty into it, but his attention soon turned to harassing his brother instead.  Benny was surprisingly excited by the snowballs as well, and actually went out of his way to try to catch a few.  Mamacita and Milo were the least interested, and only opened their mouths to catch the ones that would have otherwise just hit them in the face.

Play Pack

Sadie was extremely talkative at the park today.  She had something to say to everyone, whether or not they were paying any attention to her.  She found a friend in a young, brown-coated Australian Shepherd who chased her around a bit.  Sputnik also enjoyed the Shepherd, although his play style was more bowing-and-dodging than chasing.  Sputnik and Benny both had a chase with a friendly St Bernard who followed the pack as we made our way around the park.  Coco was more comfortable with greeting new dogs than usual and didn't snap at anyone even when they gave her a good sniff.  Charlie was her usual, ultra-passive self when greeting dogs - immediately sprawling out on her back for as long as anyone was paying any attention to her.  Stella had lots of fun wiggling on her back in the snow as she always does, and popped up to give a stern bark whenever another dog came over and interrupted her fun.
