Adventure Pack

Milo again took to wandering off the trail today while Benny went back and forth between exploring alongside his packmate and checking in with the rest of the group.  Mamacita was a bit ornery about passing skiers today so I had to keep a close watch on her to keep her from lunging at anyone.  Roger Roger and Mamacita had a brief reprisal of their wrestling match from earlier in the week when they were both boarding together, but I had to break them up before they got too into it and tangled up their leashes.

Play Pack

Stella and Sadie had a fun time running across the park together.  Stella was the most playful I think I've ever seen her and kept joining in for runs with her packmates and even with a couple other dogs.  Charlie and Sadie had a great time chasing each other around the old tree stump at the south end of the park.  Coco and Stella both joined in as well, though they didn't quite keep up with the pace of their more energetic packmates.  Benny was also in a playful mood and had a fun time playing stand-off with a white Husky.  They alternated between poised moments of standing stiffly and goofy bouts of playful leaping, seeing if either could get the best of the other until the Husky made an unexpected move that elicited a shocked yelp from Benny.  At that point, they stopped, sniffed each other for a few moments, and then called it quits.
