Adventure Pack

Sadie joined the pack for our hike today.  She made a bit of noise when other dogs passed by on the trails, but I managed to keep her from getting too unpleasant.  Oliver grumbled at one big dog who he greeted in the middle of the trail while he was off leash.  The big dog just side-stepped and continued on and Oliver didn't make any more fuss.  Benny wandered around a bit on his own.  At one point, he got lost in following his nose.  When I called him to catch up and he realized he was so far behind, he came running full-speed to rejoin the group.  Rucksack and Roger Roger trotted along together at my side and got excited to say hello whenever we passed by other dogs.

Play Pack

Sadie's friend Scruffy arrived at the park just as we did and the two of them had fun playing together right off the bat.  Isaac tried to join in by running by and jumping over them but he was a bit much for the little ones so I found a tennis ball to keep him busy.  Thompson made rounds among the humans and got a lot of love.  He also had a playful jaunt with a black Lab.  Milo wandered all over the park today before settling down, sitting at my side, and looking up at me with loving eyes while I pet him.  Benny said hello to some park regulars who were happy to see him and he had a playful encounter with another Ridgeback.
