Adventure Pack

Milo spent most of his time exploring well off the trail.  Benny stuck closer, but kept watch as his packmate wandered in the distance.  At one point, I noticed a pinecone in the middle of the trail but neither Rucksack nor Roger Roger went for it.  When I leaned down and picked it up, however, it had both of their full attentions.  Rucksack was the quickest to grab for it and then Roger Roger prodded at him for a little while before giving up and letting his big brother keep it.  Mamacita was feeling playful toward the end of the hike and again began rearing back and lunging forward in a restrained yet insistent manner.

Play Pack

Sadie found a friend in a yellow Labradoodle who played back and forth games of chase with her and respected her space enough not to trample her.  Charlie was much more animated today than she has been in a while.  After lying on her back to greet new dogs, she would pop up and go running to see if they wanted to chase.  She had some takers, while others just watched her go.  Coco ran after Charlie a lot today.  Sadie and Coco both wrestled around with Charlie for a little while.  Isaac played plenty of fetch but also ran with other dogs.  Charlie joined in for a bit of fetch here and there as well.  Benny gave an especially enthusiastic greeting to human park-regular Rita today, who was happy to reciprocate the show of affection.
