Adventure Pack

Benny and Rucksack ran up and down the trail together, with Rucksack hopping and bowing around his packmate to keep him going.  Roger Roger was full of energy and unleashed it on his brother, who was happy to run with him.  Roger Roger kept trying to gnaw on his hind legs, however, which Rucksack didn't appreciate.  Roger Roger didn't take his brother's protests very seriously but he eased up when I told him to.  Sputnik and Roger Roger had a couple wrestling bouts with one another while Sputnik was on leash.  They did a good job of backing off and settling down when I interrupted them so we could continue hiking.

Play Pack

Thompson found a pair of dogs with whom he enjoyed some playful dancing.  Meanwhile, Sadie was racing with a 5-month-old Bluenose Pit Bull.  The Pit Bull pup was also very interested in Benny and kept running up to him and lying down in front of him to politely solicit his attention.  Benny responded with grumbles and walked away, much as older dogs did with him when he was an over-excited pup trying to greet everyone.  Milo entertained the humans when he ran down a tennis ball and then wiggled around on his back on top of it for a long while.  He also went for some runs though he usually wasn't pursuing anyone in particular nor was he being pursued.
