Adventure Pack

Benny and Milo took their time together again on the trails, catching up when I stopped and called them.  Roger Roger again had some fun chewing on his big brother's ears during the last leg of the hike, while Rucksack himself was busy sniffing at Milo's ears.  Mamacita has been grown gradually more and more comfortable drinking water from the Camelbak, though I still need to hold a hand under her chin to keep her from turning away at first.  Once she gets going, she's happy to have a refreshing drink.

Play Pack

Packmate Ruffers was at the park with her mom today and Sadie was thrilled.  The two of them continued their play session from yesterday with lots of wrestling.  A young Australian Shepherd joined in and Sadie also had lots of fun wrestling with him.  Later on, Coco, Charlie, and Sadie all had a great time chasing a small, white dog around.  Their playmate was quick and none of them could quite catch her as they raced around boulders in pursuit.  Stella wiggled around on her back and caught the attention of park regular Huckleberry, who stood over her and sniffed at her, wondering what she was about.  After a little while, Stella popped back up with a bark that made Huckleberry jump and back away.  Meanwhile, Benny hung out around a couple other Ridgeback who have been at the park lately, though he was a bit shy about it and they didn't end up playing.  If they keep coming at the same time as us, maybe Benny will start to feel braver and they can become playmates.
