Adventure Pack

The trails were much less crowded today.  Oliver and Benny took their time, following behind the pack at a leisurely pace together. Everyone was happy to have a drink from the Camelbak today and they all politely waited their turns, except Sputnik who tried to edge his way in when Benny was taking his turn.  Rucksack and Roger Roger hiked along at my side for the duration.

Play Pack

Sadie chased after the tennis balls that Isaac fetched.  Once, Isaac dropped the ball in front of Sadie after chasing it down, and let her bring it back.  When Sadie managed to get to the ball first, she usually just carried it briefly before dropping it and batting it around.  Meanwhile, Benny, Thompson, and Milo followed me around as I walked the park and hung out in the shade together when we were at the south end of the park.  Thompson followed a pup around for a bit, showing more interest than he usually does in other dogs.  Benny also found another dog who caught his attention and he followed her around, nibbling at her side and occasionally testing her by placing a paw on her back then backing away when I called his name.  When we weren't on the move, Milo just stuck to lounging.
