Adventure Pack

Rucksack grabbed up a twig along the trail about halfway through our hike.  Roger Roger hadn't even noticed it but was instantly obsessed with the twig as soon as his brother had it.  Rucksack held onto it for most of the hike but eventually dropped it when we took a water break and then Roger Roger snatched it up for the last leg.  Benny was back in his habit of coming to a dead stop today.  I thought he might have to relieve himself so I gave him an opportunity to every 10 minutes once he first stopped in place.  About thirty minutes later, when it was seeming like he was just being stubborn, he finally responded to nature's call.  Sputnik was very interested in the smells along the side of the trail today and kept his nose to the ground for most of the hike.  He found one spot along a fieldstone wall that also drew the interest of his packmates and he, Rucksack, Roger Roger, and Oliver all spent a while fully examining the scene.

Play Pack

The pack was feeling very playful at the park today.  Sadie chased Isaac while Isaac chased tennis balls and sometimes she just went for a sprint to see whether Isaac would chase her, but he just returned the tennis ball and stared at me until I threw it again.  Packmate Ruffers showed up with her mom and she and the rest of the pack gave warm greetings.  Later on, Benny and Milo got into a wrestle that turned into a chase and Sadie joined in to run at their heels.  Then Benny and Sadie played a game of keep-away back and forth over a partially-torn-apart tennis ball.  Then Thompson came for a short jog with me and the rest of the pack followed along behind us.
