Adventure Pack

We stopped at a spot along the Creek today where it quickly got deep enough that Roger Roger and Milo both got in a little bit of a swim.  Ruffers and Mamacita also enjoyed the Creek but were less adventurous about wading out to the deeper water. 

Play Pack

Stella was eager to greet a couple friendly, tan-coated dogs when we first arrived at the park.  Meanwhile, Sputnik and Ruffers wrestled around but Sputnik was getting overly pushy so I interrupted and then watched them closely and stopped Sputnik each time he started to growl or slam into Ruffers.  Ruffers reinforced the message by giving an annoyed whine back at him and walking away.  Sputnik got the idea pretty quickly and then just trotted alongside Ruffers as we went to the other end of the park.  There, Sputnik played with a smaller pup and was much better about inviting the dog to play and jump around with him instead of forcing the situation.  I placed Stella in the kiddie pool and she hung out for a minute before hopping out.  Later on, she stood by it and looked interested in hopping back in until the puppy who was in it shook off and sprayed her with water, which was enough to put her off.  Ruffers and Sputnik both enjoyed running around with a few other young pups.  Stella lied in the shade and wiggled around on her back when she was feeling more playful.
