Adventure Pack

We walked the Boulder Creek path today and everyone stayed in a nice formation for the duration, with just a little milling around between Milo, Rucksack, and Roger Roger when we first set out.  Sputnik and Ruffers walked together at my other side and were very easy to manage.  It was Ruffers' first time out with the Adventure Pack and she fell right into the rhythm of walking with her packmates.  Everyone got their paws wet in the Creek and Rucksack and Sputnik were both eager to head into deeper water and tried to pretend that they weren't on leashes, but they eventually accepted the limits of their leashes and made the most of being in the water by the bank.

Sadie led Ruffers on a couple long chases through the park.  Sadie did a good job of keeping ahead of her bigger packmate for a long while until she eventually started running out of steam and Ruffers caught up to her.  Thompson got lots of kisses from Malamute/German Shepherd mix Keeyush, who always likes to lavish him with attention when we see her.  Later on, Thompson had a heated disagreement about personal space with a yellow Lab in which I had to intervene in order to separate them.  A few minutes later, they were milling around with several other dogs and passed alongside each other a few times without incident.
