Adventure Pack

We stuck to the Boulder Creek Path because of the heat today for the shade and the cooler air off the Creek.  Milo, Rucksack, Roger Roger, and Mamacita all got into the Creek and got their legs wet while Sadie waited on a rock along the bank.

Play Pack

Sadie watched Sputnik while he played fetch at the park today.  I tried to throw some for her to get but she was too hesitant to go after it when she saw Sputnik running toward it, even when it was much closer to her.  However,  I did manage to get a few throws in for her while Sputnik was distracted.  Sputnik had a lot of fun with a young German Shepherd mix.  As their play went on, Sputnik progressively got more and more pushy so he took a couple time-outs to settle down and that helped a bit.  Meanwhile, Stella had fun wiggling around on her back in the dirt and then leading me around the park for a bit.  Thompson got a chest and shoulder massage from me that seemed to brighten his spirits and he hung around with a smile on his face instead of just lying down in the shade for the whole time.
