Adventure Pack

We spent a long while hanging out at the stream at the beginning of the Anemone trail today.  Milo and Thompson wandered downstream and after relieving himself Milo came bounding through the water back to the pack.  When we headed up the trail, Milo and Thompson both took their time and lingered in shady spots.  Meanwhile, Rucksack, Roger Roger, and Mamacita kept up a good pace, pausing with me every so often to let the older boys catch up.

Play Pack

Rucksack sought out a tennis ball soon after arriving at the park and Roger Roger chased him as he fetched the ball.  Roger Roger was a bit too pushy so I interrupted his assaults on Rucksack and Sputnik and Ruffers tried to help by running in between them when Roger Roger got too pushy.  Then Roger Roger got overwhelmed by having Sputnik and Ruffers both hovering over him and telling him to calm down, so I got everyone to sit and relax together.  We repeated that a few times during the course of our park visit.  Thompson kept out of the commotion and walked at a bit of a distance from the other pack members.  He enjoyed a massage from me while he lied under a bench on the shady south end of the park and just watched as the others negotiated play terms.
